Order with Free Shipping

If your order of qualifying parts is $199 or more, you may qualify for Free Shipping.

• With Free Shipping, your order will be delivered by Standard Ground only (Expedited Shipping does not qualify)
• Free Shipping is available to US. addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states

The following parts are excluded from Free Shipping unless otherwise stated:

• Chassis and oversized items delivered by truck freight
• Items with the "Not eligible for Free Shipping..." message
• Prior purchases and returns

Chassis will be charged a flat shipping fee that includes a crate fee to the destination shipping zone.

Some suspension kits and items that require oversize shipping will be charged a flat fee dependent on shipping zone.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed for items that are in stock. This does not apply to items that have a stated production lead time. We will attempt to contact you regarding any changes or extended lead times regarding your order.

Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery.

"3-Day", "2-Day" and "Next Day" shipping methods indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier and does not include the processing time.

Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

International orders may require additional processing and shipping time.

Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, or to APO/FPO addresses.

In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous states.

Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a redelivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

CB Chassis Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. CB Chassis Products is not responsible for any stolen packages from your delivery address.
